Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy

To ensure a smooth booking process, Eldeak Tours adheres to the following payment policies:

1. Tour Packages Policy

  • A 25% deposit of the total package price is required upon confirmation.
  • A further 35% of the total price must be paid 10 days before your arrival date.
  • The remaining 40% is to be paid in cash (in the agreed-upon currency) upon arrival.

2. Day Trips Policy

  • Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking for all day trips.

3. Nile Cruises Policy

  • A 30% deposit of the total cruise price is required upon confirmation.
  • A further 30% must be paid 14 days before your arrival date.
  • The remaining 40% is to be paid in cash (in the agreed-upon currency) upon arrival.

4. Safari (Desert Trips) Policy

  • A 50% deposit of the total safari price is required upon confirmation.
  • The remaining 50% is to be paid in cash (in the agreed-upon currency) upon arrival.

Child & Special Needs Policy

We offer the following special considerations for children, guests with special needs, and students (who must present a valid ID at the time of booking):

  • Children up to 6 years old: Free entry to all archaeological sites.
  • Children aged 6 to 12 years old: Receive a 50% discount on entry ticket prices.
  • Guests with special needs (all ages): Free entry to all sites and attractions.
  • Guests over 12 years old: Are considered adults.
  • Children (up to 12) and guests with special needs: Receive a 40% discount on the total tour package price (this discount applies to the tour price, not entry tickets which are covered above).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival: 75% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellation 15 days before arrival: 50% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellation 10 days before arrival: 30% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellation less than 9 days before arrival: The deposit is non-refundable.
  • Important Note (for cancellations less than 9 days): Your non-refundable deposit will be held as a credit for a future booking with us. This credit is transferable and can be used by a friend or family member upon your request.
