You will have the chance to visit Medinet Habu, the Temple of Ramses, Deir el-Medina, The Vally of the Queens, king Tut Ankh Amoun’s tomb, and The Valley of the kings.
Eldeak Tours representative will pick you up from your residence and start our day tour with the best-preserved temple in Luxor Medinet Habu.
Then we will take you to Deir el-Medina an ancient Egyptian workmen’s village which was home to the artisans who worked on the tombs in the Valley of the Kings during the Dynasties of the New Kingdom of Egypt. The settlement’s ancient name was Set maat (Place of Truth), and the workmen who lived there were called “Servants in the Place of Truth”. It’s really amazing tombs and very worth visiting.
Then we will move to visit Howard Carter house the English archeologist who led the team excavating the tomb of Tutankhamun in 1922 in The Valley of the kings. The house is recognized by its dome-shaped roof and is surrounded by lush greenery & a café on its side for visitors to relax. The house is home to maps, old books, and writings by Carter, antique furniture, and a replica of Tutankhamun’s tomb.
Then we will move to our next stop. We will host at the Eldeak family home for traditional lunch. Our family will make you traditional food with more love. Then we will take you back to your residence in Luxor.
